We believe caring for our bodies, minds, and spirits is a vital part of living well. Our parish offers a range of activities that promote fitness, relaxation, and social connection — from yoga and tai chi to movement groups and gentle exercise classes. These gatherings are open to everyone, providing a positive and welcoming space to improve wellbeing, try something new, and enjoy time with others. Come along and take a step toward feeling your best.

  • Yoga

    Join us for uplifting and restorative yoga sessions that focus on gentle movement, breathing, and wellbeing. Led by Mel, these classes are suitable for all ages and abilities — whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice. It’s a wonderful way to improve flexibility, ease stress, and take time for yourself in a calm and welcoming space. Everyone is warmly invited to come along and give it a try.
