We worship together every Sunday with a regular pattern of services that offers something for everyone. Across the month, our parish alternates between Holy Communion and Morning Prayer — two cherished forms of worship in the Church of Ireland.

Holy Communion
A service centred on the Eucharist, where we gather around the Lord’s Table to remember Christ’s sacrifice and to be strengthened by His presence.

Morning Prayer
A service of Scripture, prayer, and reflection — uplifting and peaceful, giving us space to hear God’s word and respond in praise.

Whether it’s Holy Communion or Morning Prayer, each Sunday is an invitation to pause, pray, and be part of our church family. Everyone is warmly welcome to attend, take part, and stay for a chat afterwards.

Family Service

Once a month we gather for our Family Service — a joyful and relaxed time of worship where children are at the heart of the celebration. With lively music, storytelling, and plenty of opportunities to participate, this service helps our young people grow in faith while bringing every generation together as one church family. It’s a wonderful Sunday to invite friends, neighbours, and little ones who are new to church life.

Copperpot the Orangutan

Keep an eye out for Copperpot — Cathy’s friendly (and very cheeky!) orangutan puppet who loves to help tell Bible stories and teach us about God’s love. Copperpot brings laughter, curiosity, and lots of surprises to our Family Services and children’s ministry. He’s always ready to share a message, pull a funny face, and remind us that learning about faith can be joyful and fun!

Throughout the year, we celebrate the seasons of the Church with special services that draw us deeper into the story of God’s love. From the anticipation of Advent and the joy of Christmas, to the solemn reflection of Holy Week and the hope of Easter, these gatherings help us mark meaningful moments together. We also hold services for Harvest, Remembrance, and other significant times in the life of our parish and community. All are welcome to come and share in these beautiful and faith-filled celebrations.

Music is a joyful and important part of our worship. Our choir leads us in hymns and anthems that lift our voices and hearts to God, helping create a prayerful and uplifting atmosphere each Sunday and at special services throughout the year.

We are always delighted to welcome new singers — whether you’ve sung in choirs for years or are just beginning to discover your voice. There’s no audition required, just a willingness to join in and enjoy making music together.
